Rescue Me ID: 17-04-23-00530Poppi (female)

Chihuahua Mix    Age: Adult

Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Poppi is a tiny four and a half pound chi/Doxie that we rescued when her terrible owners literally left her outside the front door when they moved. She is very quiet and sweet and had terrible teeth when we got her, but after a major dental Poppi is much better! We estimate her age to be around 7-8 years old. She is tiny, so needs a calm and quiet environment without young children. She would make a great lap dog for anyone who wants a sweet easy girl to love. She is microchipped, vaccinated and spayed

Rescue Me ID: 17-04-20-00159Fern (female)

Jack Russell Mix    Age: Young Puppy

Fern is a three month old terrier/chi mix with a dash of pitbull thrown in! She was found wandering around a flea market in Tijuana, all alone, filthy and scared. A kind rescue woman there took her in and bathed her. We heard of he plight and had her vaccinated and transported to Los Angeles with some other dogs that we were saving from Mexico. Fern is sweet and easy going. She loves other dogs and plays well with Max and Lucy, two of our other TJ pups. She is very loving and independent, too. We are looking for a home where there is another playful dog. We need owners that are not gone all day and have time and love for her. She will be ... (Read More)spayed at five months. We cover the cost. (Less)

Chihuahua    Age: Young Puppy

Mouse is an adorable five pound chihuahua that we rescued from Tijuana, Mexico. She belonged to a man who did not treat her well since she came to is with two fractured ribs. He was apparently happy to see her go! Despite her horrific beginnings, Mouse is a sweet and loving one and a half year old girl who is loving and affectionate. We had her fully vet checked and she is otherwise healthy. We do not know how she lost her eye. She is good with other dogs and fine with cats. We need a calm and loving environment for this tiny girl. She is spayed microchipped and UTD on vaccines.

Rescue Me ID: 17-03-28-00446Coco & Lola (female)

Maltese Mix    Age: Young Puppy

Health: Spayed

Coco and Lola are three and a half month old Maltese/Terrier mixed pups that we rescued from Tijuana, Mexico. They were found together on the streets a rescuer there saved them. The girls were fully vet checked there before crossing the border and have been tested, vaccinated and vet checked in LA by our vet hospital. Both girls are healthy and doing very well. We are looking to place them together, or if split up, we would like them in a home where there is already another playful dog. Owners should not be gone all day and a chaotic environment won't work for them. These sweet, dainty girls need lots of TLC and attention!

Rescue Me ID: 17-03-28-00445Peaches (female)

Staffordshire Bull Terrier    Age: Senior

Health: Spayed

Peaches is a 10 year old Staffordshire Terrrier. She was found as a stray in the streets of South LA. With her worn down teeth and bow legged arthritis, we can assume that she had been neglected her whole life. Despite her rough past Peaches is blossoming in her current foster home with four other dogs and a cat. Peaches thrives in love and attention, being petted and adored. She enjoys meeting new people on short walks around the neighborhood and gets really excited about car rides to the park. She is a love bug looking for either a foster home (all expenses covered) or a fur-ever home!

Rescue Me ID: 17-03-27-00111Max & Lucy (female)

Border Terrier Mix    Age: Young Puppy

Max and Lucy are almost four month old border terrier/ Doxie mix puppies that we rescued from Tijuana. These two poor pups were found wandering the streets, starving avid afraid. Luckily, a local rescuers kids saw them and brought them home. We were fortunate to be able to bring them to LA fairly quickly after having had the puppies thoroughly vet checked. Max and Lucy are very close and it would be great to place them together, or in homes where there is another young dog so they each have a friend to play with. They are still shy and learning how to be socialized. Lucy is particularly timid, but both are very loving and affectionate to ... (Read More)people. They love to be hugged and held. We are looking for calm non chaotic environments for them. We also prefer owners who are not gone all day and can devote time and attention to them. They will receive their next vaccines in a week and can be spayed and neutered at five months. Please do not contact us if you are not willing to take them both or if you do not have another dog at home if you are only interested in one. They will be 20 pound dogs or so when fully grown. Rescue Me ID: 17-03-24-00127Viola (female)

Maltese Mix    Age: Puppy

Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Viola is a beautiful Maltese/ terrier of approximately one and a half years old. She was rescued off the streets of Tijuana two months ago by our foundation. See second pic for what she looked like when we got her. She is now a healthy playful and wonderful dog who is ready for her forever home. Viola must have survived distemper on the streets of TJ, as she has a mild tic in her front paw when she sleeps. We have her on medicine which seems to help. This is barely noticeable and she is super active and playful. Viola would be best in a home with another active and playful dog. We want her in a home where owners are not gone all day. She is ... (Read More)spayed fully vaccinated and UTD on shots. Viola is good with all people and all other animals. (Less)
